How I Work

Hi, my name is Anneli! My stage name for my sound healing work is ISSA. My work is grounded in therapeutic training, lived experience, and intuitive awareness. I offer one-on-one guidance that is relational, attuned, and practical — designed to support sensitive humans.

I know this work personally. I’ve moved through many of the same struggles I now support others with — including addiction, body image challenges, deep self-doubt, and learning how to live with more care and awareness. That lived experience allows me to meet you with empathy, steadiness, and a deep understanding of what actually helps.

​

Rather than focusing on symptoms or trying to “fix” you, we work with what’s present in real time. Sessions are a space to slow down, build awareness, and develop tools for emotional regulation, self-trust, and sustainable self-care.

I integrate therapeutic listening, somatic awareness, meditation, sound, and intuitive guidance as needed — always guided by what best supports you. This work is gentle but honest, deep without being overwhelming, and focused on helping you build a kinder, more secure relationship with yourself.

A one-on-one container for people who want consistent support and deeper, more sustainable change. This work focuses on building self-trust, emotional regulation, and a more caring relationship with yourself over time.

On Going 1:1 Support

For those who want continued guidance and support beyond the initial container. This option offers ongoing space to deepen self-trust, integrate change, and receive support through life as it unfolds.

Text Support

Support for people who don’t want a full session or can’t afford ongoing sessions, but still want guidance during times of transition, self-doubt, or emotional intensity. Limited spots available.
